For leaders who are wired for a different game — and who are ready to play it.

Peter John KeillThe ADHD Leadership Coach
You're smart and capable — but somehow always catching up. You mask your way through meetings and come home exhausted. You know you're not quite in the right place, but you can't see the way forward. You've tried the systems, read the books, pushed harder. And underneath it all — there is a restless feeling that you're not yet living and working at your best.
You understand your brain in a way you never have before. You know what drains you and what you need to thrive. You're already working differently — and feeling the difference. The exhaustion doesn't disappear overnight - but the friction minimises.
And when you stop fighting yourself, you'll be surprised how much energy comes back — and how much clearer your direction becomes.

For most of my career, I thought I just needed to try harder. I'd built a successful thirty year career in senior leadership — product strategy, innovation, global teams — and there were moments where I was genuinely in my element. Creative, fast-moving, energising rooms full of people, building things that hadn't existed before. But there were also long stretches where everything felt like swimming upstream. The organisation. The politics. The endless same-same. I kept thinking if I could just be more disciplined, more focused, more like the other managers around me, it would click into place.
———
It didn't. In 2016 I burnt out badly. And even after I recovered, something never quite settled. I left corporate, knowing something needed to fundamentally change — but not yet knowing what. Then at 53 I got my ADHD diagnosis. And thirty years of confusion suddenly made complete sense. The creativity that felt like a liability in the wrong environments. The burnout from masking. The way I thrived when things were fast-moving, new and complex, and died when they were slow and repetitive. I hadn't been failing to be a good manager. I'd been a hunter trying to live like a farmer.
———
That diagnosis changed how I see myself — and how I work. I stopped trying to fix my deficits and started designing around my strengths. I trained as a coach, got certified in ADHD-informed coaching and life design, and began working with leaders and professionals going through exactly what I went through. I know what it costs to spend years working against your own nature. And I know what becomes possible when you finally stop.
"I'd been through a messy burnout in 2025 and got diagnosed with ADHD while in therapy. I had no idea how to move forward. Working with Peter to fit those identity pieces back together and build a new plan that feels exciting but much less likely to burn me out — that gave me fresh energy and confidence as I rebuild."
Stephen, Marketing Director / UK
"I'd been successful as a PM, then taken on a leadership role last year — and the stress was a whole other level to my other jobs. We could work on the leadership challenges as well as how I was managing my self. I still have a long way to go on my leadership journey but am so glad I had the support in this early phase."
Jos, Head of Product / NL
"I found Peter via LinkedIn. I was trying to build my own business but getting overwhelmed at every turn & close to giving up. Friends had mentioned ADHD but I was wary of what it meant for me. Getting Peter's guidance on that discovery journey — as well as coaching on my business — made a massive difference."
Eleanor, Founder / UK

I'm not just a productivity coach with a certification. I'm a former senior leader who spent 30 years in corporate strategy and innovation — and burnt out badly because nobody helped me understand how my brain actually worked. I got my ADHD diagnosis after turning 50. And everything changed. Not just through building better systems — but because I finally stopped trying to be someone I wasn't. I combine ADHD-informed transformative coaching with design-thinking tools and three decades of real leadership experience. I've been where you are and lived through the friction that misalignment brings. And I know what's on the other side.
